Service Description

What is included: * 1 hour of Therapy focused on ONE main area working within the BACP ethical framework * a safe, non-judgemental space to explore, and work on, an aspect of your life chosen by you * sharing of relevant psycho-education * use of my Therapist's ears and eyes to help you to become AWARE of patterns, beliefs and growth points * appropriate use of proven interventions from counselling & coaching

Cancellation Policy

To cancel please do 24 hours in advance. A 50% charge will be incurred for any cancellations after that time.
