If it is the first time we have worked together, why not book a free consultation.
This will give you the opportunity to connect with me, get a sense of who I am and how I work so you feel fully comfortable working with me. You can also ask any questions you may have and I will do my best to answer them.
I will ask you to briefly explain why you have chosen to seek out counselling so I can assess if I have the necessary competencies to fully support you.
I wont ask you to go into any detail for your safety and confidentiality as we wont be working within an agreed ethical contract.
If you, or you and your partner, are happy to proceed I will send you my working contract so you are fully informed of how I work and the levels of confidentiality I work within.
If you are a couple, it is really helpful to book a zoom call so I can chat with you both at the same time from the start as my aim to work in a non-biased way and not take sides no matter what you are coming to therapy for.
If you are booking from overseas, my booking system should show in your time zone.
I look forward to connecting with you and supporting you on your journey.
If we have worked together before or you are happy to book without an initial consultation, it's easy ... go to my calendar and book a session.
If you live close to me you can book a face to face session which I offer on a Monday or Tuesday.
If you live elsewhere in the UK or abroad use my on-line booking link.
For online therapy, I have availability throughout the week and on a Saturday.
If you are from a different time zone and struggling to find a suitable time for you, contact me and I will do my best to book you in at a suitable time for you.
I believe that everybody has unique gifts to offer each other and the world and they are often found during the most challenging or uncertain times.
Working with me will give you the opportunity to find these gifts so you can use them to create authentic personal and professional relationships that you love.
